Michelle is a Registered Social Worker with over 10 years of experience and a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant through The Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting™. She also holds a Master of Social Work degree from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University in New York.

As both a therapist and a mother of two young children, Michelle understands firsthand the challenges of navigating parenthood—especially the impact that lack of sleep can have on parents, children, and the entire family system. Her lived experience, combined with her clinical expertise, fuels her passion for helping families restore rest and find balance during the transition to becoming a new (or new-again) parent.

Michelle believes that sleep is not a luxury, but a vital foundation for emotional regulation, stress management, and overall well-being. She works with families to create healthier sleep routines, supporting parents in feeling like themselves again while fostering long-term resilience.

In her therapy practice, Michelle brings an extensive background in the child welfare sector and specializes in supporting individuals and families through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, peer and family relationships, and general self-care. Michelle works with youth, adolescents, young adults, caregivers, and adults, providing a safe, compassionate space to break down barriers and embrace one’s authentic self—at their own pace.

I’m a Registered Dietitian (RD) and a mom of two young boys. Like so many parents, I’ve navigated the ins and outs of applying evidence-based nutrition to real life, teaching my own kids healthy eating habits and skills with plenty of messy moments along the way.

Nutrition plays a vital role at every stage of family life. From nourishing your body during pregnancy and supporting recovery in the postpartum period to helping your baby thrive on solids and guiding your toddler or older child through picky eating, balanced nutrition is the foundation for good sleep, strong immunity, cognitive development, and overall well-being.

My professional and personal expertise includes prenatal and postnatal nutrition, baby-led weaning, starting solids, allergen introduction and prevention, cow’s milk protein allergy, picky eating, family meal planning, and nutrition to support lactation.

I believe food should be fun and never a source of stress. For me, a healthy diet is all about balance and moderation. Think protein smoothie and pilates class by day, pizza party with the kids by night.

I’m passionate about helping families feel confident around feeding, supporting healthy relationships with food, and making mealtimes enjoyable again, no matter what stage of the journey you are in.
