Pediatric Sleep Consulting
Have Baby. Must Sleep. is a baby and child sleep training consultancy for parents with babies and children ages 4 months to 5 years old who want a custom sleep coaching experience centred around their family and lifestyle.
A sleepless night of bouncing babies, finding pacifiers, bringing children to and from their bed and back again, scrolling the ‘gram and filling your online shopping cart during the 8,765th feed of the night while googling how many hours of sleep one can actually survive on can be a thing of your past!
More than just a sleep training plan, we work with you to come up with the perfect approach and guide you through putting that plan into action. Your child will sleep, you will sleep, and you will gain your evenings, nights, and time back. Really.

Nutrition plays a vital role at every stage of family life. From nourishing your body during pregnancy and supporting recovery in the postpartum period to helping your baby thrive on solids and guiding your toddler or older child through picky eating, balanced nutrition is the foundation for good sleep, strong immunity, cognitive development, and overall well-being.

(She/Her/Hers)
Senior Pediatric Sleep Consultant
As someone obsessed with getting a good nights’ sleep, becoming a mom and experiencing the realities of sleep deprivation really threw me for a loop! I remember the days when the clock would strike 6pm and the anxiety would begin to build. What will tonight look like? Will I get any sleep? How will I function tomorrow if I’m up all night? I really struggled.
And that’s where my journey to becoming a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant began. Because once we helped my son develop healthy sleep habits, everything changed! Now I’m on a mission to debunk they myth that sleepless nights are an inevitable part of parenthood, because they aren’t a badge of honour and they don’t have to be your reality.
I care deeply about helping tired families sleep well again. If you dread going to sleep because you’re afraid of what the night will bring, you’re not alone. I’ve been where you are and there is light at the end of the tunnel, you just might need some help to get there. I’d love to be your partner on your journey back to sleep.

Naomi Andrews | Registered Dietitian Registered Dietitian
I’m a Registered Dietitian (RD) and a mom of two young boys. Like so many parents, I’ve navigated the ins and outs of applying evidence-based nutrition to real life, teaching my own kids healthy eating habits and skills with plenty of messy moments along the way.
My professional and personal expertise includes prenatal and postnatal nutrition, baby-led weaning, starting solids, allergen introduction and prevention, cow’s milk protein allergy, picky eating, family meal planning, and nutrition to support lactation.
I believe food should be fun and never a source of stress. For me, a healthy diet is all about balance and moderation. Think protein smoothie and pilates class by day, pizza party with the kids by night.
I’m passionate about helping families feel confident around feeding, supporting healthy relationships with food, and making mealtimes enjoyable again, no matter what stage of the journey you are in.
