Jonathan is a Registered Social Worker who holds a Master of Social Work (MSW). He has spent over a decade working with children and families in mental health, including working in schools, hospitals, group homes, and the justice system. In private practice, he has a particular interest in men’s mental health and father’s mental health, as men and fathers’ mental health is often overlooked in the postpartum period. He is a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).

As a father to two young daughters, he has a deep understanding of the unique challenges fathers face today, navigating the evolving expectations of masculinity and parenthood. He works closely with parents navigating postpartum depression and anxiety, identity shifts in early parenthood, and the emotional realities of caregiving. He also works with couples, helping them build stronger, more connected, and values- driven relationships rooted in trust and mutual respect. His work also includes individuals and couples on the fertility journey, as well as those experiencing pregnancy loss or termination for medical reasons, approaching this work with deep respect for the often invisible grief involved.

Jonathan’s therapeutic style blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) approaches with neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed care. He has also completed the Perinatal Mood Disorders certificate training through Postpartum Support International. He encourages individuals and couples to engage in a journey of self-awareness, self- compassion, and exploration. Jonathan has significant experience working with adolescent and adult ADHD, both in therapeutic and executive functioning roles, and is passionate about helping those with ADHD in navigating parenthood and partnership in their relationships.

Celia is a mom to two young sons with a 17-month age gap and quickly learned just how essential sleep is to overall family wellbeing and functioning. With a background as a Registered Social Worker and lived experience parenting two toddlers, Celia understands both the emotional and practical challenges families face in the early years. With over 10 years of experience supporting children and their families, Celia has seen firsthand the strong connection between parental wellbeing and child development. She also knows from personal experience that even the most well-intentioned parents can struggle to show up as their best selves when they are underslept and exhausted.

Before joining Have Baby. Must Sleep., Celia naturally became the go-to support person for friends and family navigating the challenges of parenting, particularly around sleep. By combining her professional training with her passion for all things parenting, Celia felt drawn to formally pursue this work and support families in a more intentional way.

Celia supports families as they navigate some of the earliest and most emotionally complex aspects of parenting, including teaching independent sleep skills. For many parents, this can be one of the first times they are asked to prioritize long-term family wellbeing over short-term comfort, which can bring up feelings of uncertainty and anxiety. Celia provides calm, compassionate guidance to help families feel supported, confident, and empowered throughout the process.

Celia firmly believes that parenting is hard, and parents can do hard things. Her goal is to help families feel rested, confident, and supported as they build a strong foundation for healthy sleep and family life.
